Dr. Elie Daher is a strategic ally to CEOs who are reimagining their companies for what comes next and know they must reimagine themselves too. He works alongside them as a thinking partner, drawing on four decades of leadership in 12 countries and more than 200 C-suite conversations. His leadership reflex was formed early. At 19, while studying engineering at ESIB, he served as a Lebanese Red Cross first-aid team lead during the civil war. That instinct, to let go of the plan and reimagine the next one fast, became a 40-year career. Twenty-seven years at Schlumberger took him from field engineer in Indonesia and Egypt to General Manager Levant, Director of Sales and Marketing for the Middle East and Asia, VP of Marketing in Houston, and CEO of NExT, the company's executive education joint venture. Since 2011 he has been Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at United Safety, leading the Eastern Hemisphere business and the company's global brand.
In 1995 he founded Futurekids Lebanon, bringing computer education to 30 schools and 30,000 children in post-war Lebanon, in partnership with UNDP.
He is President of the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches™ (ACEC), an IMD Certified Board Director, a Certified Advisory Board Chair, a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, and a founding board member of Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching in the Middle East. He holds a DBA and an MBA from Southern Cross University and completed executive education at INSEAD.
He is the author of two Amazon bestsellers, Reimagining Leadership, with a foreword by Professor Peter Hawkins, and Reimagining You, with a foreword by Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, and host of the Reimagining You podcast, with over 2 million views in 15 months. His frameworks are Adaptive7™ and 5C-Brand™. He lives in Dubai.
